We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

How do I find my correct size?

Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay.

At Staey, we prioritize ethical manufacturing. 80% of our current collection is made from organic cotton or recycled polyester to reduce our environmental footprint.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 60 minutes of placement. After this window, our warehouse begins processing and we are unable to make changes.
